The Fine Print
- NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, please!
- Applications MUST be submitted in person.
- Remember this is retail--which means it is not a sit-down job.
- You must be able to be on your feet, moving quickly, for several hours at a stretch.
- You must be available to work weekends and evening shifts.
- Excellent written and communication skills are required (and yes, spelling counts).
- We offer an above-average starting wage for book retail.
- Pay raises are merit- and knowledge-based, so hard-working employees are rewarded quickly and well.
